In a tense and close fought first half Town kept the opposition pegged in their own half, could not breakthrough and halftime came with a 0-0 scoreline.
The Horley midfield of Parsons, Walmsley and Remfry pegged down Bridges preventing their attack. Langmead and Walker kept their defence busy whilst Strudwick, Sydenham and keeper Holmes kept a confident watch on Towns goal stopping any chances falling Bridges' way.
The injured and much missed Storr cheered on from the sidelines as Strudwick stepped up to take another Town corner 2 minutes from time. Bridges half cleared to the edge of their area where Remfry pounced and finished emphactically.
After a hard league campaign for both sides, this final was just reward for the boys efforts this season.
