Town used three goal keepers including two outfield Jack Poplett and Liam Cox in goal against the League Leaders and were five nil down at half time.

Town were without midfielders Adam Pullen & Colin Harvey plus strikers Kevin Lock and Daren Tidy.Town were under pressure from the start with Jack Poplett pulling of a good tackle.With two played Kyle Hough broke free but his shot was saved by the home keeper.With four played Ben Herdman cleared on the line to keep Town in the game.With eight played Ian Chatfield got down well and put the ball round the post.From the corner John Eldred cleared the ball on the line. With fifteen played the home keeper played around with the ball and Kyle Hough broke into the box and forced the keeper into kicking the ball out for a corner.From the corner Anthony Jupp got up well but his header went just over the cross bar.With sixteen played Ian Chatfield got injured and Guildford broke into the box and scored of the cross bar. With twenty played Guildford scored number tow with Ian Chatfield unable to get down to the ball. With twenty seven played Guildford made it three nil. With thirty played Sam Morgan crossed to Mithun Nayee whose shot was saved by the keeper.With thirty seven played Sam Morgan lost the ball in midfield and Guildford ran in and scored number four.With forty one played Jack Poplett made a mistake at the back and Guildford scored number five to send Town in at half time in major trouble. To the suprise of most Ian Chatfield came out for the second half but he only lasted five minutes before being replaced by defender Jack Poplett and Liam Cox came on.With eleven played Jack Poplett collected the ball but the Guildford flattened him and put the ball in the net but the referee gave the foul and fore the second game against Guildford Town had a player taken of with a major injury. Town were now forced to put sub defender Liam Cox in goal Town's third of the game.Also Town brought on Nathan Jupp for Jack Poplett and Gary Thomlinson for Luke Ragetti.With twenty one played Town started to play and Kyle Hough beat the defender and the keeper before his shot hit the upright and bounced to safety.With twenty five again Kyle Hough broke again beat the keeper and saw his shot go just wide of the upright.With thirty seven played Town's third keeper Liam Cox came out well and punched clear.With thirty played Kyle Hough broke free and again he shot goal bound and this time the keeper pushed the ball round the post.With forty played Kyle Hough again broke free again and again the keeper ve and the ball went out for another corner.In the last minute of the game Guildford broke again and scored number six to finnish the game and end the misery for Town.
